Industrial Project Manager (Experienced) SPA

At Michelin, we are seeking an Industrial Project Manager with exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills to join our team in Spartanburg. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an industrial or process bronze project to achieve objectives set by the Project Sponsor and steering committee.
  • Implement the Industrial Project Approach or Process Project Approach, ensuring compliance with the necessary standards including project charters, checklists, validations, governance, and budget management.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of CdC requirements, including Quality/Cost/Timing components and risk management.
  • Effectively manage the project team in accordance with the Manager Guide and Group Transverse Management guidelines.
  • Incorporate Change Management principles to produce the expected results.
  • Conduct self-assessments of projects and establish progress action plans.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in industrial or process project management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and industry standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The ability to successfully implement change and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Professional (PMP) principles and practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
