Functional Analyst - MDM

Experience : Overall 7-10 Years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Scrum Experience: Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of MDM solutions.
• Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across various systems. Perform regular data quality checks and validation processes. Experience with specific master data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Oracle cloud, IBM). Knowledge of data governance and data stewardship OR ETL process.
• Backend API Verification: Collaborate with technical teams to verification and maintain backend APIs for data integration and synchronization.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
• Testing: Perform regression and sanity testing, and create test cases based on user stories and subjects to ensure the quality and reliability of MDM solutions.
• MDM Solutions Development: Participate in the design and implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data validation processes, API integrations, and business requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of MDM practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in data validation, backend API integration, and business requirements analysis.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Postgre or SQL, Oracle, data modeling, and API development. Experience with MDM tools and platforms is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

• The candidate is expected to work in the European time zone.
• The position is based in Pune and requires the candidate to be ready to work in a hybrid office setup.
