Michelin is proposing a VIE mission within our HR Team in Bangkok, Thailand, for 12 to 24 months.

Department:

Regional HR Team, within the Talent Development and Attractivity Team. Reporting to the Regional Talent & Recruitment Manager.

MISSION:

As part of Michelin’s Human Resources team in Bangkok, the V.I.E HR Generalist will actively support and contribute to the execution of various HR processes across the Employee Journey lifecycle. The mission offers a comprehensive exposure to HR operations, policies and strategic initiatives in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The role is designed for a motivated, hands-on individual eager to gain international HR experience, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and support Michelin’s values of respect, innovation and performance.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Recruitment and On-boarding:

Support internal recruitment activities (job posting, Career Fair)

Participate in employer branding activities and partnership with universities

Coordinate integration follow-ups

Support the deployment of a regional Graduate program in relation with the recruitment Team and HR Development Partners

Learning & Development:

Participate in the communication and promotion of L&D opportunities to employees, in relation with our Talent Campus.

HR Operations & Administration:

Assist with HR Reporting and data analysis related to Talent development and Recruitment.

Support the update and accuracy of employee data in HR Systems (Workday)

Help maintain compliance with local labor laws and participate in the update or internal HR policies.

HR Projects and Continuous Improvement

Take part in transversal HR projects (Diversity and inclusion, International Mobility within the region)

Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose practical solutions.

Collaborate with global HR Teams on project rollouts or benchmarking.

PROFILE:

  • Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • First HR-related experience (internship, apprenticeship) is appreciated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Culturally adaptable
  • Organized, proactive and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French or Thai is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international and industrial environment.
