We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in graphic design and contribute to various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in visual communication, an eye for detail, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of visual content for marketing materials, social media, websites, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Support the creation of visual content for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Help prepare and edit images, graphics, and layouts for various platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for design projects.
  • Help with the preparation of files for print and digital publication.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets, files, and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize design assets, including images, fonts, and templates.
  • Conduct research on design trends and competitor strategies to inspire new ideas.
  • Stay updated on design trends and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or recent graduates.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including academic projects or personal work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.
  • US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis. This position is not available for immigration sponsorship.
