KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Prevention/Protection :
Ensure that the Fire and Security dispositions are always operational to ensure control of risk on the site (VPs,CPs, tests, equipment checks, round, etc.)
Apply, respect and enforce the instructions (rules of procedure, EP instructions, managing access, control of people and vehicles, hot work process, ...)
Participate in the elaboration and implementation of the EP3 process (Operational Control and Emergency Plan) within the SMEP framework
Ensure that all dispositions are respected to prevent and contain the Fire and Security risks, especially during on-site work. Set up the temporary arrangements that require it.
Contribute to the capitalization of the experience by participating in the analysis and communication of all fire and safety events that have occurred on the site.
Monitor and operate alarm centralization tables.
• Intervention:
Intervene in case of accident, incident, disaster or malicious act and apply the necessary emergency measures, including first aid to persons.
Apply pre-established instructions or orders given in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Exploit the reflex sheets resulting from events.
Evaluate events situations and report accordingly.
Alert the RGEP and those responsible for any serious anomaly or any situation of persistent risk.
Conduct PP operational interventions.
• Training:
Participate in the development of awareness programs and PP training for site employees.
Participate in the organization and animation of training and training exercises for volunteer firefighters and rescuers.
• Communication:
Ensure the reception (physically or over the phone) as required by Company rules
• Reporting:
Write the logbook and the anomaly reports.
Give situation report to external intervention forces
Fill the Fire and Security indicators, follow the evolution and guarantee its quality.
