Spartanburg SC Production Operator

MISSION: Operate and monitor operations of a machine, composed of several positions, producing semi-finished products.
Ensure production, quality and first level maintenance on the machines, according to the needs of internal customer workshops.
Monitor the condition and performance of the available equipment by analyzing the abnormalities, setting up the corrective actions, if possible, and suggesting solutions for continuous improvement.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Implement and comply with the environmental management system.

Take part in the required activities required by the BU and the MMW.

Respect the safety requirements.

Ensure the quality produced.

Respect the level of production.

Respect the instructions for verification of the product.

EXPECTATIONS:

Successful candidates should be willing to work rotating shifts in support of our 24/7 operation. Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required.
