THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an immediate opening in Lexington, South Carolina for a Process Evolution technician position, whose responsibilities are to validate new processes or process changes to improve tire or the industrial site activity performance. Applicant will also be responsible for documenting the process changes and for the assessment of the modified processes in the industrial context.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Validate process evolutions with respect to the projects timelines and quality referential
• Anticipate and mitigate the risks of not attaining the expected performance levels.
• Define the technical standards and specifications for the new process evolutions.
• Offer process technical expertise and provides long-term contribution to the development of the skills of employees working in the Area.
• Contributes to the definition of new work methods following the process evolutions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills and process/product relationship knowledge.
• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Familiarity with quality protocols and understanding of ISO requirements is preferred.

• Attention to detail, data accuracy.
