The Opportunity:

Do you have IT/technical experience and a dedication to improving communication and customer support? Michelin is hiring the role of Process Engineer for our Greenville, SC headquarters.

The Process Engineer will efficiently represent Michelin and handle the order process by actively speaking with sales teams and customer service representatives to support our distribution strategy. This role will use your outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship building to support our "order to cash" processes! We provide extensive training, support and career management assistance.

What you will do:

Process and Standard:

  • Analyze and challenge existing procedures in areas of responsibility throughout, making recommendations, and working with the operational teams to integrate solutions;
  • Monitoring and ownership of the dashboards, and steering daily/monthly/annual performance indicators for the site;
  • Together we will achieve outstanding performance levels and respect of Michelin standards to satisfy customer demand.

Continuous improvement:

Deliver a consistent, compliant, and efficient process and positive customer experience.

  • Supply continuous suggestions to improve data management and quality
  • Give support to various teams for standards implementation and work methods
