Risk Analysis / FMEA studies (Project Side)
Checklist Non-functional Requirements / SDM review (Project & Support side)
Carrying as “a referent” of the “OSF Framework” into applicative & transverse projects
Helping to carry the “OSF best practices” to different project, helping them to structure the documentation & maybe helping on organizing their own OSF Team, to adapt with their specificities.
Being “force of proposal” within innovative ideas to bring more value on OSF topics.
Continuous improvement - participate in Continuous improvement sessions of SC Transverse team.
Propose ideas for increasing collaboration between stakeholders in SDM Process.
Propose ideas for more efficient SDM Process.
SKILLS:
Understanding of ITIL - Service Delivery Management.
Understanding of Agile product development methodology.
Knowledge about OSF framework: SDM+FMEA (Participation as stakeholder at Run or Build)
SLR/SLA and Architecture
SRE: SLI/SLO and Burn-rate.
