We are currently recruiting an Office Manager for our Distribution Center in Vac. Please provide a resume written in English.

Previous experience in a similar job;
Fluency in Hungarian and English (at least B2 level);
Problem solving skills and ability to deal with confidential information;
Team-worker attitude;
Customer-oriented approach.
Analytical thinking competencies;
Solution focused.
What will you do?
Organizes and maintains documents (paper and electronic files) of his perimeter
Provides information to internal or external customers.
Builds dashboards
Provides activity follow-ups and/ or reports
Consolidates and analyzes information necessary to the proper functioning of the entity, both internally and externally.
Manages priority, tackles emergencies while being very attentive to impacts and potential tensions to mitigate.
Anticipates needs/requests so as to contribute to the distribution center’s performance.
