The European Talent Headhunter & Recruiter is a recruitment professional specialized in identifying, attracting and engaging potential candidates for employment opportunities within the Group.   

  • Their mission is to analyze, seek out, identify, attract and evaluate talent in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by Group entities within a realistic timeframe defined with the hiring manager.  

  • They develop and apply leading sourcing strategies and research methodologies to identify the best talent and build first-class talent pools. 

  • They assess Talent in line with the needs and ambitions expressed by Group entities within a realistic timeframe defined with the hiring managers.  

  • They contribute to continuously have an attractive employer branding. 

  • They select and propose managers best short-listed candidates; for selected candidates they coordinate with internal recruiters the next step of recruitment process or is able to manage end-to -end recruitment process, when needed.  

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS 

 

  • They provide the Group with information on talent and the job market using various online tools and platforms as well as specialized software. 

  • They stay informed about the latest developments in talent sourcing within the industry. 

  • They coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams 

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and progress 

  • They build and maintain a diverse pool of potential candidates, even if there is no corresponding vacancy, delivering a list of potential candidates for future opportunities. 

  • They assess candidates (through telephone or video interviews) to determine whether they meet the requirements for the position in question (non-technical and technical skills). 

  • They ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all individuals involved 

  • They participate to build, adjust and implement employer branding strategy for the given perimeter (ex: share market practices, identity persona’s needs, relevant channels for different persona, events, propose creative solutions..) in order to attract relevant candidates 

  • They can manage full recruitment process
