MISSION:
We are looking for an e-Commerce manager to join our E2A SE Asia regional team on an exciting E-commerce journey of consumer-led purpose driven growth. You will be armed with the responsibility of ensuring the Michelin brands, Range and Purpose in the digital space and delivers the Ecommerce growth ambition.
The e-Commerce squad is responsible for the D2C e-commerce business through E-commerce marketplace partners (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Naver) and Tyreplus D2C sites in 6 countries. A team is being setup in Bangkok (regional HQ) to support the markets across South-East Asia region and this team will expand as the business grows.
You are an expert specializing in driving e-commerce business in Marketplaces in South-East Asia and part of a matric organization with: Distribution, Communication, Marketing and Digital Hub.
 
D2C e-Commerce 3rd Party Partner Management:
- Manage the relationship and performance of the Marketplace & e-Comm. enabler 
- Manage the relationship and performance of Digital Supply Enabler 
- Manage the relationship between the Marketplace & e-Comm. enabler and Digital Supply enabler 
 
D2C e-Commerce Channel & Category Management:
- Manage South-East Asia countries, channels and category strategy and execution plan to on board the right assortment by channel for assigned categories 
- Initiate and drive commercial planning and channel promotion to drive sales and excitement to customers 
 
D2C e-Commerce performance
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Ecommerce performance monitoring & gathering insights from local teams on the performance 
- Insightful data collection and analysis from MPs (in cooperation with Ecommerce Analytics & BI Manager) 
- Closely collaborate with local teams to build an activation plan for growth on local/sub-regional/regional level 
 
D2C e-Commerce Content/Campaigns
- Driving with Marketing teams to provide the A+ content for platforms across the region and implement it with local teams 
- Implement & monitor aligned pricing strategy per each market (in cooperation with Ecommerce Analytics & BI Manager) 
 
Marketing Performance (work in cooperation with Marketing team)
- Closely work with Marketing team to have regional annual / monthly and campaign-based media plan to optimize for highest traffic and conversion both onsite and offsite media 
- Collaborate with the squad to align social commerce initiatives with overall marketing goals. 
- Collaborate and oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-driven contents tailored for various social commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop) 
- Collaborate with content creators, affiliates and influencers, manage execution of Conversion-led social commerce campaigns. 
Who you are :
- BA or equivalent degree in Business or related field is a nice to have 
- 3 years of experience either managing e-Commerce marketplaces or working at marketplaces in Asia (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, etc) 
- Experience growing ecommerce businesses in brands/enablers in marketplaces (incl demonstration of successful cases) 
- Analytics: ability to combine data from different sources, structure and turn it into meaningful insights to make a business decision 
- Desire to work and collaborate with people and strong interpersonal skills 
- Results oriented with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence, attitude of continuous improvement 
- Commercial mindset and ability to work under pressure situations and deliver result on time 
- Problem solving with a "roll-up-your-sleeves", "get it done" mentality
