THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an immediate opening for a Data Administrator in Lexington, South Carolina.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role maintaining and optimizing data structures, ensuring data integrity and managing data access.  If you have a passion for handling data systems and enjoy solving complex database-related challenges, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Guarantees data governance rules are applied in local context.
  • Guarantees that data in information systems are updated and compliant with Group and/or Local requirements.
  • Detects and corrects data non-quality (accuracy, exhaustiveness, obsolescence, and consistency of data).
  • Root causes of non-quality of data are identified, analyzed and action plans are in place for resolution.
  • Seeks to continually improve data quality control.
  • Best practices are formalized and shared through the Data Administration Network.
  • Develops, understands, and progresses to ensure adequate infrastructure for site advancements.
  • Participates in relevant networks to support digital ambitions at the site level.
  • Manages and coordinates data access for IT systems.
  • Conduct validations for data access to ensure data security.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and process/product relationship knowledge.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy.
  • B.S. degree in digital related fields
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite and ability to become proficient in internal software systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ORACLE, Power Bi, Power Automate, and Python
  • Exposure or experience in Machine Learning, LLM, AI, GIT, HTML, Java, Python, C Sharp, and Cold Fusion
