Position Objectives:

- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle.

- Propose and implement new technologies aligned with organizational strategy.

- Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support to prevent disruptions and minimize business impact.

Work Timings:

- Mandatory onsite presence all 5 working days.

- Remote work is not permitted.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage and support Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.

- Administer Linux systems on RHEL 7/8/9.

- Oversee VMWare and VSAN/NAS operations.

- Perform hardware monitoring and provide L3 production support.

- Handle backup technologies including Rubrik, Veeam, and NetBackup.

- Maintain Citrix infrastructure (preferred).

- Ensure robust security protocols and perform advanced troubleshooting.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Prepare high-level documentation.

- Manage data center hardware.

- Utilize automation tools like Ansible.

- Apply ITIL or similar frameworks for service management.

- Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies.

- Use monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, and Splunk.

Soft Skills Required:

- Autonomous decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Excellent prioritization and time management.

- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of relevant IT infrastructure management experience.
