Corporate & Change Communication Manager
Location: Keele (Hybrid)
Salary: £47,500 + Bonus scheme & benefits package
As the Corporate & Change Communication Manager for the UK, you will lead integrated communication that strengthens employee engagement, supports business transformation and advances strategic corporate priorities through change-related communication. You will ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed, aligned and connected to local, regional and Group ambitions, maintaining coherence between internal narratives, strategic priorities and external reputation.
Working within the UK communications team, and embedded within the Europe North communication team, you will enhance the clarity, consistency and impact of UK communication, focused on corporate strategy, transformation and change. You will reflect Group and regional direction in messaging while effectively tailoring it to local needs and audiences. As a strategic thinker and trusted advisor, you will steward complex communication topics at the intersection of strategy, transformation and reputation, guiding senior leaders on communication approach, tone and stakeholder impact - ensuring communication that enables understanding, alignment and confidence through change.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Internal & Corporate Communication
Develop and deliver a UK strategic internal and corporate communication strategy aligned with local objectives and Group priorities.
Translate complex business and transformation topics into clear, engaging narratives that connect employees with purpose, direction and performance.
Ensure coherence between UK internal communication and broader corporate positioning, contributing to regional planning and best-practice sharing.
Anticipate corporate communication needs around major business and transformation initiatives, shaping messaging and stakeholder engagement early.
Track these communicate on actions and activities effectiveness and adapt based on insights and strategic alignment.
Leadership Advisory & Strategic Counsel
Advise UK leadership on communicating strategy, transformation and change with clarity and authenticity.
Act as a sparring partner on sensitive or complex topics, ensuring messaging builds trust and alignment.
Strengthen leadership visibility and credibility through effective channels, storytelling and engagement moments.
Change & Transformation Communication
Lead communication for transformation initiatives (e.g., cultural evolution, operational efficiency, or organisational changes).
Align change narratives with regional and Group strategies while ensuring messages are locally relevant, transparent and empathetic.
Coordinate with key functions to deliver clear, consistent messages to internal and external audiences.
Support employees through purpose-driven communication that builds trust and confidence during change.
Corporate Communication & Strategic Engagement
Work with UK and regional comms teams, Public Affairs and Group Corporate Communication to align internal and external narratives.
Lead strategic corporate and internal communication campaigns across the UK.
Ensure high-quality story telling, consistent tone and strong connection to Group brand and overarching corporate strategy.
Integrate storytelling around business priorities, sustainability, performance and innovation to strengthen understanding and pride.
Evaluate impact and apply learnings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or Organisational Development.
5–7 years’ experience in corporate, internal or strategic communications in a large, complex organisation.
Proven ability to design and execute strategic internal and corporate communication strategies for corporate priorities, business strategy and change.
Strong understanding of business dynamics, organisational transformation and stakeholder communication.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and alignment across matrixed and international teams.
Ability to connect internal and external messaging to drive employee engagement and strategic alignment.
Native-level English; additional European languages a plus.

This is a hybrid role, and to support effective collaboration across teams, the successful candidate will be expected to spend more time working on-site than from home.
