Mission
According to the bicycle strategy at the country level, develop the business to the targeted dealers and chains, implement and manage the distribution programs defined with the Key Account Managers and create Michelin brand awareness thanks to “Engagement” initiatives.
Sales / distribution program
• Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify “where to play and with whom”
• Engage, manage and build strong working relationships with influential Premium dealers
• Increase the Michelin share of account into the dealer sales by improving the products portfolio
• Make the targeted dealers as Michelin promotors and tires experts thanks to training sessions
• Ensure an appropriate visibility/presence of the brand into the shop using the dedicated marketing materials
• Follows customer satisfaction and contributes to identify actions to improve it
• Capture, manage & answer customer request/claim
• As necessary, attend trade shows and events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
• Remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
• Provide insights to the marketing department to improve market estimation and forecast accuracy
In support to the KAM
• Ensure the targeted shop visits to deploy the action plan defined with every key account (wholesalers, sport chains)
• Assist the KAM to the wholesaler sales rep support (training, sales rep tour, B2B events)
• Provide channel/market insights to feed the key account strategy
“Engagement” initiatives
• Ensure the sponsoring management (including contract and reviews) with the measurement of the results
• Lead the samples processus and the providing to the recipients (teams, riders, shop employees, KOL, press)
• Support the marketing/communication departments on the event/fair management and ensure the required presence on the booth (consumers products information, leads capture, tire test session…)
• Sell Out National campaign implementation
