Your 3-step selection process
1. Your online application
Has one of our online internship or co-op program offers caught your attention? Click the Apply now button for the offer and send in your application through the Internet in 15 minutes.
To apply online, you'll need:
- your resume
- your covering letter
- any other document that might help us get to know you better (a reference letter, a portfolio, etc.)
Once you've sent in your application, you'll receive an email to confirm that we have received it. Your application is forwarded directly to the recruiter concerned.
If none of the online job offers match your profile, send us an unsolicited application and join our talent pool.
We take part in numerous forums and events. Come and meet us there to discuss your plans and submit your application.
If we are interested in your application, we invite you in for an initial individual interview with the recruiter for the profession associated with the offer you chose. Applicants for production worker jobs take part in group tests with the recruiter for the production plant concerned before attending the individual interview.
During these meetings, we check whether your profile matches the job on offer, and assess your career potential within the Group.
If your application is not selected, we let you know, and we keep your information in our database. If a suitable job offers come up in the future, we may contact you again.
3. Recruitment day
During this day set aside for recruitment, you will meet experts in the profession, managers and a career manager. They assess your skills and expertise, your motivation and your development potential at Michelin, before making the final decision together.
The same evening or within three days at most, you know whether you have been picked for the job and if you are going to join Michelin.
